Q: Will I get a dedicated assistant no matter what plan I select?

A: Absolutely! What makes us unique is that we offer a dedicated assistant with each and every plan that is offered. You will get a personal assistant that is yours alone for your time slot, so you never have to worry about “sharing” their time with someone else. If your assistant is unavailable at any time, a replacement will be provided.

Q: Where is my assistant located?

A: Our personal assistants are found all over the globe, though primarily overseas. Our management and customer service is located in the United States. Your assistant is going to be a college graduate that is trained and tested to ensure they can offer the high quality services that you demand.

Q: What time zone will my assistant follow?

A: Your assistant will be able to work US time zone business hours between the hours of 9AM and 5PM (EST through PST) regardless of where he or she is located around the globe.

Q: Can I update my To Do list at any time?

A: Absolutely! The joy of having a personal assistant is that everything is based upon your needs. You can add to your tasks with an email to your assistant or by updating the list through our user friendly application.

Q: What if I need a different assistant or a new time slot?

A: We understand that your requirements may change over time. You will have an option to change your assistant and time-slot. In that case, our customer relations manager will get in touch with you to understand your requirements and assign the right assistant and time-slot for you.

Q: What about weekends?

A: Your assistant will be able to work regular business hours, Monday through Friday. However, there will be off-hours live support available for an additional charge. You can log into the app and email / SMS / voice-mail your assistant at any time.

Q: How does the 2 hour/day plan work?

A: When you select this plan, you will get a personal assistant for two hours a day. Your assistant will work on your tasks for two hours a day, 5 days a week, for the entire month. This adds up to more than 40 hours of quality service for only $249 – and that’s an unbeatable price! Our 4 hour and 8 hour plans work in the same manner.

Q: How does the 8 hour/day plan work?

A: Your assistant will be able to work 9 am to 5 pm. It is just like having an administrative assistant, only not in the same office.

Q: Who can access my personal information?

A: We take data protection seriously and that’s why we use state of the art software and apps to protect data and privacy. Information is not shared with third parties and credit cards and other confidential information is maintained in our system in encrypted form.

Q: Can my assistant make outbound and receive in-bound calls?

A: Your assistant will be able to make all of the necessary appointments, reservations, and any other connections that you need. However, at this point in time, he/she will be able to receive in-bound calls from you only. We are working on a new feature where your assistant would be able to accept calls from anyone, allowing you to get help with calls from clients, vendors, and more. Stay tuned!
